Olympic Games
Since gaining independence in 1990, Namibia has proudly participated in every edition of the Summer Olympic Games.
To date, Namibian athletes have secured a total of five Olympic silver medals, all achieved in athletics by distinguished sprinters Frankie Fredericks (1992, 1996) and Christine Mboma (2020).
