The ICECP is an English-speaking intensive educational program which we hope will appeal to coaches who have not been able to benefit from educational programs requiring a longer-term commitment. The course is targeted at national level coaches wishing to further their knowledge from experts in the field, implement change in their national coaching structure through a dedicated personal project, and learn from the other elite international coaches participating in the program. In order to reinforce the exchange of information among coaches from similar sports, priority will continue to be given to candidates from 16 core sports. Applications from other sports will continue to be considered but priority will be given to the focus sports.
